Do I need to be a member to attend classes?
Most of our sessions are reserved for members, but we warmly welcome new guests through limited drop-ins and intro experience bundles. It’s a wonderful way to experience the Selah Grace atmosphere before choosing your plan.
Is Selah Grace faith-based or open to everyone?
Selah Grace is a faith-fueled environment that celebrates women of all backgrounds. Our foundation is built on faith, but every woman is welcome to experience the peace, strength, and restoration this sanctuary offers.
What should I wear or bring to class?
We recommend comfortable, form-fitting activewear and supportive training or cycling shoes. If you’re attending a Grace & Core Mat Pilates class, please bring your own mat for hygiene and comfort.
If you forget anything — no worries! Our Selah Grace Boutique carries a curated collection of essentials including, Pilates mats, water jugs, sweat towels, hair ties, apparel, and other wellness products, so you’re always covered.
Do you provide showers or changing areas?
Yes — we offer beautifully designed restrooms and changing areas for your comfort and convenience.
Is parking available?
Yes. We have ample, convenient parking located directly in front of and near the studio entrance.

Do you offer trials or drop-ins?
Yes! Experience Selah Grace with our 7-Day All-Access Intro Bundle or single drop-in options (based on availability).
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. We understand life happens. Members may pause or cancel with a 30-day written notice.
Classes & Training
What can I expect in Semi-Private Strength Training?
A premier, small-group experience for up to six women, offering individualized coaching to sculpt, tone, and strengthen. Workouts rotate between upper, lower, and full-body formats for balanced results.
Do I need cycling experience for Praise & Cycle?
Not at all! Our worship-infused rides are designed for all levels. The lights are low, the music is powerful, and every ride lifts your body and spirit.
What makes Grace & Core Mat Pilates unique?
This faith-infused Pilates class combines strength, balance, and restoration through precise, low-impact movement. Each session enhances posture, flexibility, and core alignment — leaving you renewed inside and out.
How many women are in each session?
Semi-private sessions are limited to six women for personalized attention. Group classes like Cycle or Pilates typically range from 8–10 participants depending on the class type.
Can I take multiple classes in one day?
Yes! Many members love pairing a morning Strength session with an evening Pilates or Cycle class for a complete mind-body experience.
Open Gym & Restore
What’s included with Open Gym access?
Enjoy full access to our elite women’s training space, equipped with premium machines, free weights, and cardio equipment — plus unlimited use of our infrared saunas, cold plunge, and red-light therapy for recovery and renewal.
Do I need to reserve restorative services ahead of time?
Yes, reservations are required for sauna or red-light therapy during Open Gym hours, but during peak times, short wait periods may apply.
Can I visit just for restorative use?
Yes. Members with Restore access are welcome to come in simply to relax, recover, and renew.

How is faith integrated into Selah Grace?
Faith is the heartbeat of everything we do. Classes feature uplifting worship music, scripture-inspired motivation, or moments of reflection — allowing each woman to grow stronger in both body and spirit.

These exclusive gatherings combine movement, message, and ministry — designed to awaken your spirit and deepen your connection to God and community.
What kind of community can I expect?
Selah Grace is a sisterhood — a supportive community of women encouraging one another toward strength, wellness, and purpose.
Guests & Bonuses
How does the “Bring One Guest Per Week” bonus work?
Each member may invite one new guest per week to experience Selah Grace complimentary. Guests must be local and first-time visitors.
Can I bring the same guest more than once?
The complimentary visit is for new guests only. Returning friends can join through one of our guest bundles or referral offers.
Do guests need to reserve ahead of time?
Yes. Guests should pre-register through the studio or via your member referral link to ensure a smooth check-in.

What amenities are available?
Members enjoy alkaline and electrolyte water, luxury towels, a calm lounge area, and beautifully designed restrooms and dressing areas.
Do you sell wellness or retail products?
Yes — our Selah Grace Boutique offers thoughtfully curated wellness and lifestyle items including Pilates mats, candles, supplements, apparel, jewelry, and beauty essentials.
Is photography allowed?
You’re welcome to capture personal photos before or after class! For professional shoots or brand collaborations, please contact our team for approval.
Is there an age requirement?
Selah Grace welcomes women 18 and older. Mature teens may participate with parental consent and studio approval.
