Michele’s passion for fitness began when she was a teenager. She has always been athletic and involved in various sports including soccer, volleyball, track, and golf. Since 2023, she received her ACE certification and has been coaching strength and group fitness classes – from high intensity kickboxing and cardio classes to restorative classes including core and stretching. Her love for training continues to grow and she hopes to help other women achieve their fitness goals in a fun and healthy way. Prior to her fitness career, Michele owned and operated an event planning company for 13 years and managed over 130 weddings. Michele has been happily married since 2011 and has two young children. She also loves being involved in her children’s school and leading a women’s Bible study at her church for the last three years.

Charmaine’s passion for movement began at six with jazz, tap, and ballet, and later expanded to soccer and then strength training, where daily workouts became part of her lifestyle. After exploring many fitness classes, she discovered Pilates, which brought her full circle – connecting her love of dance with mindful movement. For Charmaine, Pilates cultivates mobility, flexibility, and a deep mind-body connection that supports a thriving, balanced lifestyle. She is completing her 400-hour certification in Mat, Reformer, and Springboard, and is excited to share her passion for movement and wellness. Her teaching inspires women to use Pilates as a path to balance, vitality, and overall well-being. Before Pilates, Charmaine co-owned The COOP, a modern indoor playground and party venue featured on Shark Tank, where she discovered her love for creating joyful experiences. Hi, I’m Natasha and I’m so excited to be part of the coaching team at Selah Grace Fitness! My fitness journey began nearly a decade ago when my kids were little, and I wanted to become the strongest and healthiest version of myself for them. What started as a love for strength training has grown into a passion for a variety of workouts. In the last two years, I’ve added running—completing half marathons, 10Ks, and 5Ks—as well as incorporating mat Pilates and heated barre into my training. I’m excited to help others discover the joy and freedom that comes from moving well and living strong. As a special needs mom and women’s Bible study group leader, I’ve learned perseverance, community, and faith are powerful in every season. I believe in honoring God by caring for the body He’s given us. Whether in the gym or in everyday life, my heart is to encourage, uplift, and walk alongside others on their journey to lasting health, strength, and faith.

Jocelyn’s love for fitness sparked in 2014. As her 13 year softball career came to an end, she wanted to stay active and fit. She enjoyed weightlifting and HIIT style workouts. As she continued her fitness journey, her friends wanted to join. She led her friends through workouts and realized that this was more than just fun, it became a passion. She graduated from college with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology, emphasis in Exercise Science. She has led one-on-one and group training sessions for 10 years and holds certifications as a cycling and boxing instructor. Jocelyn’s motto is, “more than fitness.” She aspires to teach women well, with a posture of intentionality, faith, and love. She desires that women would not only grow in their physical strength but even more in their spiritual strength. Walking alongside women in their health and fitness journey brings her so much joy! Jackie Tarin is a certified Personal Trainer through ISSA with a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and empowering women. She grew up playing competitive club soccer and continued at the collegiate level before injuries ended her career. While her journey on the field was cut short, she devoted herself to guiding her three daughters in their soccer paths, and each earned a college scholarship with her support. With over 30 years of experience in fitness, she’s certified in everything from Zumba and HIIT to strength, mobility, and senior fitness. In 2019, she beautifully merged her love for fitness and faith by launching a Faith & Fitness ministry at her church, where she leads SoulCore weekly.
